great location friendly staff
The location was great. It was easy to walk to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing quick assistance when needed. the soundproofed rooms meant i didn't hear any external noise, though the lifts were slow!

fantastic central stay
clean room good breakfast central location
the room was clean and new. breakfast was good.. the location is a short walk to the wharf. overall, it was good value for money.
i noticed a slight issue with the room service staff. i had to ask many times for milk and tea for the room as it seems you are expected to only have one drink.

I found the check-in efficient. staff allowed an early check-in because my room was ready! My room had top-quality shampoo, conditioner, and hand cream (I loved those!). The location is definitely perfect. The pier, shops, and markets are all close by. I had a room with a harbor view and it was lovely.
Traffic noise was noticeable, despite the soundproofing. (Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.)

The staff members were very friendly. They were helpful and always offered a greeting upon entering or exiting the premises. The staff were really nice too ensure my requirements were met.

the television system operated unreliably preventing the viewing of scheduled programs the internet service also faltered frequently requiring a personal hotspot to bypass hotel connectivity issues the beautiful suite rate should guarantee functioning entertainment options
